2月6日（金）にテレビ朝日系「ミュージックステーション」への初出演を果たした私立恵比寿中学が、今週2月20日（金）放送の同番組にゲスト出演することが決定した。
前回の放送では「Mステに出たい」というメンバーの念願が込められた新曲「金八DANCE MUSIC」をスペシャルバージョンで披露したエビ中。トークコーナーではメンバー廣田あいかの個性的な声がほかの出演者にも衝撃を与え、お茶の間に強烈な印象を残した。反響を受けての再登場となった今週の放送ではライブでおなじみの楽曲「放課後ゲタ箱ロッケンロールMX」が、前回に引き続きスペシャル仕様の“MステSPヴァージョン”で歌われる。なお今週の放送にはエビ中のほか、嵐、SKE48、舞祭組、miwa、LOVE PSYCHEDELICO、そして森友嵐士（T-BOLAN）と鬼龍院翔（ゴールデンボンバー）によるユニット・morioniが出演する予定だ。
なおエビ中は4月8日に昨年秋の“大学芸会”の模様を収めたライブDVD / Blu-ray「私立恵比寿中学 東西大学芸会2014『エビ中のおもちゃビッグガレージ』」をリリース。4月11日には2ndアルバム「金八」を携えての全国ツアー「私立恵比寿中学 飛び出せ全十ホールツアー2015～わっくわくはるバルーンGOGO～」をスタートさせる。
