計7組のうち、ももいろクローバーZ vs KISSはコラボレーションシングル「夢の浮世に咲いてみな」と、Kissの大ヒットナンバー「ラヴィン・ユー・ベイビー」の2曲を演奏。椎名林檎は2月25日にリリースされるニューシングル「至上の人生」をテレビで初披露する。
またAKB48は「Green Flash」、コブクロは「奇跡」、GENERATIONSは「Sing it Loud」、NEWSは「MR.WHITE」と、各組新曲を携えて登場。そして2週連続の出演となる嵐は、本日2月20日（金）出演時と共通する世界観のステージセットでパフォーマンスするとのことだ。
