8月15、16日に千葉と大阪で同時開催されるロックフェスティバル「SUMMER SONIC 2015」の出演アーティスト第1弾が発表された。
出演が明らかになったのは、ヘッドライナーを務めるファレル・ウィリアムスとThe Chemical Brothersの2組のほか、D'Angelo And The Vanguard、Imagine Dragons、Macklemore & Ryan Lewis、Manic Street Preachers、The Script、Mew、Passion Pit、All Time Low、Echosmith、Magic!、Marmozets、Nico & Vinz、Sheppard、Slavesといった洋楽勢16組。クリエイティブマンでは明日2月10日より会員向けの先行予約申し込みを、オフィシャルサイトでも2月23日より特典付きチケットの予約申し込みを受け付ける。
さらに今回は8月14日に千葉・幕張メッセで行われる「SONICMANIA」のラインナップも発表され、The Prodigy、マリリン・マンソン、ポーター・ロビンソンの出演が明らかになった。
